• 2 teaspoons salt
• ½ oz (14 g) fresh yeast or ¼ (7 g) dried yeast
• ¾ pint (400 ml) water
• Pepper
• ¼ lb (112 g) mature cheddar cheese (grated)
• ¼ lb (112 g) streaky bacon (grilled and chopped)
• 1 tablespoon chopped sage
