Mexican Tortilla Soup recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 jalapeño diced and seeded( I used the jar 1 this time )
• 1 teaspoon ground dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon jeera powder
• 1 teaspoon taco spice ( optional)
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 3 to 4 crushed tomatoes
• 1 can diced italian tomatoes
• 2 tablespoon ina parmans veg broth powder mixed in 3 to 4 cups water
• ½ tin kidney beans
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 2 pieces chicken fillet
• Handful chopped dhania (coriander)
• 1 avocado sliced, for garnish
• 2 to 3 tortilla wraps cut into strips
• ¼ cup olive oil or normal
