- 5 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Cherries (maraschino or fresh, optional)
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- 4 8-ounce packages of cream cheese (I recommend Cabot)
- 18 Oreos, crushed
- Whipped cream, optional
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate, chopped into chunks and divided
