Ingredients

• 5 cup potatoes (cooked, sliced)
• 1 onion (large, sliced, pulled into rings)
• 6 slice bacon (crumbled)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 1/3 cup bacon drippings
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 1 egg yolk (beaten)
