- Vegan suitable glace cherries
- 2 1/2 cups (330g) all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (116g) canola oil
- 1 cup (250ml) soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (122g) unsweetened applesauce
