Ingredients

• 2 tsp dried fast action yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 500g strong plain flour, plus extra for dusting
• 2 tsp fine sea salt
• 1 tsp coarse sea salt
• 2 tsp Rosemary
• 5 tbs olive / rapeseed oil, plus extra for the tin and to serve
• 300 ml lukewarm water
• 3 cloves of garlic crushed (optional)
