• ¼ cup butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
• 1 ripe avocado, pitted, skinned and quartered
• ½ cup + 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
• 15 grams (¼ cup) cilantro, chopped
• 1 medium lime, juiced
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves (roasted if possible)
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt, to taste
