Chipotle Chili Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 lbs chicken tenders or boneless chicken thighs thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 3 tablespoons oil
• half a lemon
• and salt to taste
• 5 medium roma tomatoes
• 1-2 bell peppers, depending upon your requirement (topping)
• 1 -2 red onions, depending upon your requirement( topping)
• 1 whole garlic head
• 2 corn on the cobs
• The roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic cloves, half of one roasted red onion and 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
• 12 tortillas
• 1 cup black beans
• 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
• 1/2 cup mexican cheese blend
