• 2 cups kale, torn
• 1 cup arugula
• ¼ cup toasted peanuts
• 2 ½ teaspoons tahini
• 1 cup canola or vegetable oil
• ¼ cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
• 2 leaves mint, torn
• 2 French breakfast radish, slice thin
