- 1 onion, diced
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup Gruyère
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- Salt and pepper to taste
