Chocolate Rhubarb Brownies - Good Food And Treasured Memories

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter,
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1 cup rhubarb, diced small
• 90 gm (about 1/2 cup) dark chocolate chips
• 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (I used pepita seeds as I have a nut allergy.)
