Spanish Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 lbs red-skinned potatoes,
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 vetg. Bouillon cube
• 1 large onion, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
• 1 green bell pepper, diced or substitute 4 ounce can of green chilies
• 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup picante sauce
• 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
