Sausage and cheese salad with raclette to go

Ingredients

• 4 preserving jars of around 5 dl
• 4 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tsp mustard
• Salt and pepper
• 5 tbsp oil
• 300 g raclette cheese, in sticks
• 2 Cervelat sausages, peeled and sliced
• 1 - 2 spring onions, including the green part, sliced into fine rings
• ½ cucumber, halved lengthwise, in slices
• 200 g halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 handful cress or watercress
