• 1 cup flour (125 gm plain / all purpose)
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/3 cup brown sugar not packed ( can use less)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• WET INGREDIENTS
• 1 *** CUP*** canned creamed corn
• 1/2 cup melted butter , unsalted
• 1egg , lightly whisked
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 cup (240 g) butter milk
• BAKING
• 1 - 2 tbsp butter , melted (for greasing & brushing)
