NYC Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs (about 7 ounces of crackers
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
• 2 pounds cream cheese at room temperature
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• zest and juice of lemon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs plus 2 yolks
• 1/2 cup sour cream
