• 1 LB – Ground Pork
• 6 TB – Wild Game Seasoning
• 6 – Burger Buns
• 1 ½ Cup – Arugula
• 1 – Tomato
• 4 oz – Muenster Cheese (sliced)
• 1 – Shallot, Julienned
• 1 TB – Olive Oil
• 1 Cup – Dried Cherries
• ½ Cup – Dry Red Wine
• 2 TB – Balsamic Vinegar
