- 3 7-oz. jars oil-packed tuna, drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup pitted green olives, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. French Onion Garlic Seasoning (7603)
- 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup basil leaves, coarsely torn
- lettuce leaves or endives spears for serving, if desired
