Ingredients

• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 pound purchased or homemade pizza dough
• 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
• 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
• 1/2 package Boursin cheese, crumbled
• 4 peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
• 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 or 3 slices prosciutto, each slice torn into 4 or 5 pieces
• 1/2 cup basil, chiffonade
