Ingredients: To make the salad dressing, in a bowl, combine Yo Mama’s Avocado Oil with minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper, maple syrup, dijon mustard and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and set aside.; To a large bowl, add in the kale and pour the dressing over the kale. Using your hands, massage the dressing into the kale.; Divide the kale into 2 salad bowls and top with apple, orange slices, pistachios and feta cheese; Garnish with rosemary sprigs; Enjoy!
