• 2 slices thick-cut bacon
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 3 ounces Manchego cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
• 1 large red onion cut into rings
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Jalapeno balsamic
• 1-2 tablespoons Fustini's Grilling Rub blend
