Mango Coriander Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 medium lime, juiced
• 1 tbsp honey, runny
• 1 tsp salt flakes
• 1 small jalapeno, deseeded & finely diced
• 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
• 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
• 1 cup (150 g) mango, diced
• 1 cup (150 g) ripe avocado, diced
• with corn chips
• over tacos
• with any barbecued meat
