Ingredients

• 1 packet tacos
• 1 onion, diced
• 500g pork mince
• 2 tbs Jerk Marinade
• 2 tbs oil
• 2 spring onion, sliced
• 2 corn cobs, corn kernals cut off
• 1 tin black beans, drained
• 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
• handful coriander, roughly cut
• 1 lime
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
