• 0.50 lb lean ground beef
• 1 cup chopped green pepper
• 0.50 cup onion, chopped
• 2 garlic clove, chopped
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 0.50 tsp salt
• 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 14 oz kidney beans, drained, rinsed
• 14 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
• 12 oz mild salsa
• 2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
