Ingredients

• 500g (1lb) tuna steak cut into quarters
• 100ml (3½ fl oz) dry sherry
• 1 Tbsp minced ginger
• 1 Tbsp low soy sauce
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 clove minced garlic
• For the Roasted Lemon Potatoes:
• 500g peeled potatoes
• 100g butter
• 1 lemon juiced
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tbsp sea salt
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley
