• 3 tomatoes, Roma type
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3/4 tsp paprika
• 2 1/4 tsp dried oregano
• 2 bay leaf
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1 2/3 cup water
• 1/4 cup red wine
• 1 pinch salt
• ground pepper to taste
