Chicken and Broccoli Recipe by Souped Up Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 large piece of chicken breast about 11 ounces
• 1 tbsp of soy sauce
• 1 tbsp of water
• 2 tbsp of cornstarch
• 1/2 of egg white
• 2 tbsp of oil to stir-fry the chicken
• 2 cups of broccoli
• some carrot slices
• 2 tsp of cornstarch
• 1 tsp of grated ginger
• 1 tsp of grated garlic
• 2 tbsp of soy sauce
• 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp of brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp of white pepper can also use black pepper
• 1/2 cup of chicken stock
