- Red & Blue Food Colouring
- lemon curd 25g
- butter 20g
- white chocolate of choice 90g
- 5 drops of lavender essence
- double cream 20 ml
- Icing sugar 220g
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (or paste if you're fancy!)
