• 2 tbsp Olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)

• 400g Everyday Favourites chopped tomatoes
• 2 tsp Dried Italian mixed herbs
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 Garlic cloves crushed
• <strong>For the topping</strong>
• 300g Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella
• 100g Iberico ham
• 60g Wild rocket, washed
