CARROT & PARSNIP SOUP WITH A GAMMON STOCK - Sherry's Kitchen Table

Ingredients

• 1 gammon ham - mine weighed around 1.7 kg
• 2 medium onions, quartered
• 2 carrots cut up in large pieces
• 2 celery stalks cut up
• Herbs: 2 bay leaves, 2 parsley stalks, handful of rosemary
• 10 each peppercorns and cloves
• Use up leftover roasted carrots and parsnips. I used roughly a bowlful of each.
