Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
• 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
• 1 tablespoon grated Vidalia onion with juice
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 1/2 cups lightly packed coarsely shredded extra-sharp yellow cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 cups lightly packed coarsely shredded extra-sharp white cheddar cheese
