- 1.2 kg butternut pumpkin, peeled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt & cracked black pepper
- 500g chicken thigh fillets, trimmed
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 bunches English spinach, trimmed, rinsed & drained
- 180ml thickened cream
- 3 eggs
- Salt and cracked pepper
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 130g Greek feta
- 100g butter, melted, extra for greasing
- 15 sheets filo pastry
