• Fleischmann’s® yeast
• salt
• 1/2 cup milk and butter, heated to 120°F-130°F
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of apples, peeled and diced
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
