• 2 Pre-cooked Beetroot
• 1 Onion
• 2 Large Potatoes
• ¼ White or Red Cabbage
• 800ml Vegetable Stock
• 2 tsp Tomato Puree
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 50ml Sour Cream
• 1 tsp Parsley
• Salt & Pepper
