• 1 pack (9 oz.) Nuovo Pasta Italian Calabrian Pepper and Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 small jar roasted piquillo peppers
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped (if using dry, use only ½ teaspoon)
• 2 tbsp Pecorino Romano, grated
