eggnog snickerdoodles - Pass the Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons eggnog
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon rum extract (or rum, or whiskey)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
