Baked Bean Shakshuka – Batchelors

Ingredients

• 1 x 400g tin of Batchelors Baked Beans
• Knob of butter
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
• Some chilli flakes
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp garam masala
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
• Salt and black pepper
• 4 eggs
