Slow Cooker Fennel and Celery Chicken

Ingredients

• 4 chicken bottoms, divided into thighs and drumsticks
• 2 large fennel bulbs, sliced in half-moons
• 5-6 celery stalks, sliced
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tablespoon Bartenura Olive Oil
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 cup Manischewitz Chicken Broth or other chicken stock or vegetable stock
• parsley, as a garnish
