- 2 teaspoons (8 grams) vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 5 large egg yolks
- ¾ cup (125 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips (60% cocoa content)
- ¼ cup (60 grams) whole milk
- ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ quanitity of the Chocolate Chip & Toasted Almond Cookie Dough (recipe below)
