Ingredients

• 1 cm-sized chopped rhubarb to almost fill 9"x9" baking pan
• maple syrup
• water (as needed)
• 1/3 cup butter or margarine
• 1/2 cup brown or Demerara sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 1/4 cups oats
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
