• Half a cooked chicken breast, chopped
• 2 tbsp total greek yoghurt
• A tiny drizzle of honey (optional, but gave it a nice little sweetness)
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
• A handful of spinach
• A handful of lettuce
• 1 tomato
• 1 wholewheat wrap
