- Salt and ground pepper
- 2 eggs
- 140 g (1 cup) breadcrumbs

- 60 ml (1/4 cup) canola oil
- 30 g (2 tbsp) butter
- 18 g (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 125 g (1/2 cup) ketchup
- 165 g (1/2 cup) maple butter
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
