Potato Chip Chicken Schnitzel - A Dill Pickle Delight!

Ingredients

• 6 pcs Chicken, thighs or any cut, deboned, skin optional (Sub pork, veal, or any cut of your favorite protein)
• 2 c Buttermilk
• 1 c Pickle Juice, dill
• 1 tbls Mustard, any
• 1 tsp Dill, dry or fresh
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 lrg Egg
• 2 c Flour
• 2 c Crushed Potato Chips (We use Lay's Kettle, but any chip works great)
• 1/2 c Pretzels, crushed (Optional)
• 1 tbls Potato or Corn Starch
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• Oil Spray for Pan
