In this gratin I'm pairing potatoes with sweet potatoes and infusing the gratin with rosemary and garlic. Perfect as a main sor as a side to roast chicken.
Ingredients
- 250ml milk
- 250ml cream
- 60g butter + extra for greasing
- 2 branches of rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- 650g waxy potatoes
- 650g sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 150g cheddar or gruyère, grated
- salt and pepper
