- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 30 grams butter, melted
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste

- 220 gram can tuna (7 ounces)
- 1 onion, small
- 2 eggs
- 125 gram cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard (powder)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
