• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups plain flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/3 cup chopped apricots
