mushrooms stuffed with clams

Ingredients

• 5 cans Minced Clams (all drained except for 1)
• 1 cup 4C plain bread crumbs
• 1 bunch chopped scallions (up to 6)
• 1 bunch parsley chopped
• Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
• Sea salt to taste
• 1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese Freshly grated, (up to 1)
• 1 lime Squeezed
• 2 Eggs
• Extra virgin Olive oil
• 20 large white mushroom caps
• 1/2 stick unsalted Butter
