Broccoli and Corn Kugel

Ingredients

• 2 cans creamed corn
• 1 large bunch broccoli, cooked and chopped coarsely
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup soft bread crumbs, (from 2 slices of bread)
• 2 tbsp. minced onion
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 4 tbsp. cornflake crumbs, or cracker crumbs or wheat germ
