Ingredients

• 1 crispy chicken thigh burger (The Aldi ones are great)
• 2 handfuls chopped lettuce
• 1 chopped tomato
• ¼ chopped red onion
• ½ chopped avocado
• 2 tablespoons sweetcorn
• Sprinkle chopped fresh parsely
• ¼ baguette chopped into chunks
• Splash olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Pizza The Action
• 1 tablespoon mayo
• 1 tablespoon milk (or soy milk)
• 1 tablespoon All The Ranch Dressing Mix
