• 1 lb Rigatoni pasta
• 4 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 lb Mushrroms (crimini, baby bella), 1/4-inch sliced
• 4 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 cup Dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
• 1 cup Stock (chicken, veggie, or beef)
• 1 cup Heavy cream
• 1/4 cup Chives, minced
• 2 tbsp Parsley, minced
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
