Bella Bacon Kicker Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• Basting sauce
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
• ½ cup Cabernet Sauvignon
• 2 lbs of ground chuck
• 2 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
• 2 Tbls prepared horseradish
• 2 tsp fresh chopped garlic (Finely chopped)
• 4 Tbls real bacon bits (found in salad dressing isle)
• 12 slices of hickory smoked bacon
• Vegetable oil to brush the grill
• 1 large sweet onion
• 3 large Portabella mushrooms tops
• 6 slices of Swiss cheese
• 6 onion rolls
• ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil for brushing the rolls
• 6 Tbls prepared horseradish
